Very perfessional and my dogs looks great when they are done.

I had an appointment for my cats which could not be done, I did not ring out until I got there. Which I was upset I could have taken them somewhere else. My dogs got groomed. My one dog came home with razor burn bad. The razor burn was in several more...locations on his body. Also by his neck he came home with several knicks (from the razor) and now I am waiting for the scabs to heal. I was pleased when I started going there. This time I had asked for the owner to call me. Amanda still has not called. Obviously she doesn’t care for the animals!!! She must only care about the money in her pocket. DO NOT GO HERE !!! Unfortunately that day we had an employee not come in for work. The girls were already overbooked and understaffed and not able to fit in your cats nail trims. I was not aware or informed of your dog being injured. You should have contacted me immedi more...ately about that. The phone call was never received due to the swearing and verbal abuse towards my employees. That behavior is uncalled for and not accepted. less...

Amanda’s grooming is great! I’ve been going there for years. Everyone is friendly and does exactly what you ask them to do every time. My dog loves going there.

This is the absolute best dog grooming in the area! Amanda knows my dogs and their individual quirks. She works hard to get them past fear of the dryer and grinder, as well as reluctance to be brushed. My dogs are always beautiful, Amanda and her sta more...ff are kind and loving to my dogs, and her prices are fantastic! I have collies and they're always meticulous when we pick them up.
