We will never put a family request above the best interest of the pet, when it comes to De-Matting or any other service that could potentially cause discomfort. Beauty and cleanliness should never cause pain, discomfort, or unreasonable stress for any pet! We believe in starting the Grooming process as early in a puppy's or kitten's life, so that throughout life Grooming will be a "normal" part of their expected care, without stress.
