Amy the groomer no showed for my dogs nail trim and when I messaged to ask if she was running late she said oh sorry I had to leave early I am sick. Acknowledging she should have let me know but taking no responsibility for this situation Amy is not more...a very responsible person. My appointment was at 5pm and at any point during the day she could have rescheduled with me but instead she did nothing but allow me to drive to her shop and to figure out why she wasn’t at the appointment. Really rude and a waste of time. Was that you looking at me from the window Amy when I am trying to figure this out from your parking lot? Really do better Amy!! Stop buying leads off this site if you can’t manage your business! less...

First and foremost, I wish to extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced with your scheduled nail trim appointment. I understand that your time is valuable, and it was never my intention to waste it or caus more...e you distress.

As we discussed over text message, after I profusely apologized for forgetting to text you ahead of time, I had a medical emergency that day and was forced to leave the spa. I was in fact not looking out the window at you when you arrived for your appointment. I was at home contemplating going to the emergency room.

Perhaps if we had ever met in person you would know that I’m not the type of person you’ve described nor do I run my business in that fashion. I was very ill and I made a true mistake by failing to text you. I still apologize for that and I will endeavor to do better in the future. I wish you luck in finding a groomer that better fits your standards.

Great experience! Amy took time to sit & get to know about my dogs, and let them get used to her & the salon. When I returned to pick them up, they were relaxing on a chair waiting for me, not just locked in a cage. They looked terrific, and smelled more...great! less...

Amy is the greatest!! She listened to my concerns when I first made an appointment for my little rescue. She took her time and let him warm up to her. Definitely a more personal experience from box store groomers. Would recommend her 100 times over!! more...! less...

Amy does a great job with our dog that we rescued. She is great at making him feel comfortable. He always looks handsome and smells good too.

Amy was great! She did a wonderful job with Rosie who can be a little squirmy. The shop was clean and I felt very comfortable leaving Rosie with her for her first groom with Amy. I will definitely be a return customer!

Excellent customer service- great with the pup and makes it comfortable for everyone!! Bath, nails, paws all done 10x better than last groomer. Easy online appointments!!
