Amy is such a blessing and I am so grateful I found her! She was so kind, took time to talk with me and let my babies warm up and feel comfortable. She took her time with them at their first appointments to ensure they would be successful for future appointments. Loved how to took care of my kitty! She did excellent work:)

I have been to her twice. First time was to deep groom my cat that is extremely long haired. She did a great job.
Before I continue I have to say she is very sweet and friendly.
I took my cat back in for a lion cut. He was a disaster. I ask her a more...bout leaving the head not cut and she said she wouldn’t. All of his fluff was cut off. His legs were shaved only a little bit and there was chunks of hair on his abdomen that were not shaved. I did tip her because I couldn’t tell how bad it was until I got home. She was 20 minutes late and didn’t offer a discount although I was sitting there and waiting. She had text me the day before to remind me of the time! I think she would be great for general cutting but not a lion cut. I will be going to Carmel next time. Again she is very sweet and kind to the pets. I would give her 5 stars for deep combing. less...

Hi Kim. I’m sorry that I was late and that you did not receive the groom you expected. I accidentally set my alarm for the wrong time, let you know right away, and got there as quickly as possible. Definitely not my best moment.

I let you know at more... pickup that he was very anxious about his feet and belly and that they would not be perfect. I will not push any pet past what they can tolerate just to look a certain way. I did the best I could for him while keeping him safe and calm.

That all being said, I understand your frustrations and I hope the next groomer is a better match for you. 😊 less...

My babies always look good! Never nervous when I pick them up. Amy is great.

Amy is a wonderful groomer who treated my little girl like she was her own. My Sarah looks beautiful and all spiffed up for the holidays. I highly recommend her for grooming your pets.

Amy was fantastic. So excited that a friend told us about her. She did an excellent job and was able to make a connection with our girl immediately. Very kind. Highly recommend

Amy has done great with Poppy! She was overdue for a groom and looks great now! Amy has worked with us on little details and her length so she looks just right!

Amy is wonderful with my two girls. She has groomed them since their first groom and I'm always extremely happy with her service. We love Amy!
