Best ever dog sitter and groomer… Charlie gets so excited to go play! Staff is wonderful

Mia came to me as an abused, malnourished, frightened, and timid rescue. I was to foster her, but we had foster failure! I have boarded her only a few times at other places. She was unhappy and did not eat well. She loves FurBabies! She goes in w more...illingly and seems excited to be there. I love the photos and occasional video. Mia always seems happy in these photos. My pet was not fully groomed. He had been bathed but still had dirt spots and matted hair. His sanitation area was not trimmed at all and he still had clumps of fur that had not been brushed out. The very first time I took him I was pleased with the more...service. The past two times I have taken him has had not been groomed like the first time. The front desk staff have no idea what I’m talking about when I say a “blow out” which is what I was told the first time I brought him to be groomed and the second to last time a girl started cutting his undercoat and then half way through called me and asked if I wanted him cut or not and then left it halfway cut and uneven ruining his undercoat. His paws were left disgusting and dirty this last time I took him. I’m very displeased with the service and doubt I will be back. The owner who grooms does a wonderful job but these last few times I don’t think the owners or owner has been grooming my fur baby. Unless something changes I will not be back and will not be recommended this place to anyone else. less...
