We absolutely LOVE Kim. We went through a few places before we found her place and were pretty disappointed with the results. Kim has been so great with our girl. She was super nervous when we first started coming but now she REALLY enjoys her “spa more... day”. Kim truly goes over and beyond. While our girl is getting pampered Kim sends us pics and updates on how she is doing! When we pick her up she gives us a “report card”, which is so cute! Our pup is about 45 pounds and we were getting quotes (for basic treatments) for over $100, EVERYWHERE. Kim was exceptionally cheaper and has done an incredible job; far better than anywhere else we had been. The owner is fantastic! She really cares about her 4 legged customers! It was only our second grooming experience, the other was out-of-state. This experience was so much better than the first. We were worried because our dog needs anxiety medicat more...ion to go to the vet. Our dog was very cautious when we arrived but the owner allowed her to go all around and become familiar with her and the environment before any grooming. We got pictures during the grooming and then a report card afterwards. Our dog appeared to do great and came home with an awesome haircut. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend Gurs and Purs! less...
