My little Jack was taken good care of, seemed very comfortable during his grooming. The groomer noticed that apparently the last time he was there his trimming of his dew claws had been missed, but she took care of it. Overall I was very pleased. Wo more...uld have been 5 stars but they removed his Seresto collar (I didn't realize it until I got home), so I had to order another one.
