I take my boy Marshall to Ristows for his grooming. He is a mini bernedoodle and has a coat that is very much Poodle. They always do a fantastic job with him! Last Saturday when he went in, he was having an off day. They know him well enough to know more...that this isn't typical for him. They called me during his appointment to let me know. His tail was matted (bad on my part) and they were trying to brush him out and he wasn't having it. They wanted to know how I wanted it handled. Instead of just leaving it or cutting it, they ASKED. I appreciate that very much!
I also don't care if they shave him completely down and told them to do just that. He might look a little silly, but I can tell he's so much more comfortable now.

They always take such good care of my American Eskimo, Lilly. She has had leg surgery and has a rod. They are so careful with her. She always looks so beautiful after her grooming. Love these gals
