The grooming my Oliver got was great and so was the groomer but he was dropped off at 1230. I went to pick him up at 330 and he was not ready. Had to wait another hour for him to be ready. I was not happy!!

Response from the Owner

Robin, we try to schedule dogs to be out of here in a 2 to 3-hour time. If the morning dogs end up taking a while, the afternoon dogs will all run late.
Sometimes the scheduler estimates poorly how long a given dog will take.

Amazing job!! My dog was in terrible shape and she won’t sit still for anything. I picked her up and she looked amazing like a whole new dog! Perfect cut, nails trimmed and she smelled wonderful! Staff was attentive and kind. We will be back!!

What a wonderful job they do on our Sarita, white long hair miniature Chihuahua. I drop her off and as long as it takes me to grocery shop, she’s done! Our Sarita is happy and beautifully groomed. Love it!

Response from the Owner

Thank you so much! 😊 She is precious. ♥️
