Super clean facility with the friendliest staff. They were so patient with my anxious Shi Tzhu dog, and he came out looking great as always.

Our first visit was great! The team was welcoming and maybe the first time Riley was relaxed on the entry. Right away it felt right. Riley had basic grooming and nail grinding, she looked great!! I have been going to shampoochies for over 15 years. They have been and continue to be great, taking care of my dogs, very accommodating and nice. The dogs always come away smelling and looking so good. The owner cares about quality and doing what more... is best for your dogs. less...

I am giving 5 stars because I have loved brining my pups to be groomed here. Both my aging yorkie and my puppy love going there. My puppy doesn't want to leave. The groomers are excellent and the owner is wonderful.
I won't give less stars due to m more...y recent experience but I will no longer be using their services due to an unreasonable cancelation fee. I scheduled an appointment , they called me to change the date, I agreed. They called back asking if I would like afternoon the next day. I agreed. That morning I responded to their reminder text that I needed to reschedule, a work meeting was added to my calendar at the same time as the appt. They called and told me I owe a $50 cancelation fee. I asked where and when I agreed to it, I was told it was on the website. If its there I can't find it. I asked if the fee would be waived. And I was told no. I reminded them of my loyalty and the many years I have used their services. I asked, if they really want to loose a client over this? I was told it is their policy and stand on it, but would talk to the owner. I have not heard from them since, other then an automated text to review my experience. This recent experience was dissatisfactory.
1. Nowhere can I find this $50 cancelation policy posted online.
2. The facility reschedule me twice.
3. I did not have the opportunity to give 24 hours notice considering the facility scheduled me less than 24 hours of the appointment. less...

Our dog is anxious but he loves Shampoochies! Staff is kind and does a beautiful job making him look like a king.
