Briana is a wonder! I just moved to the area and this was the 1st time, in the 3 years I have had my current 2 pups (one golden, one lab/golden), that I felt comfortable bringing them to be groomed. They were both happy and unstressed when I picked more... them up AND looked fantastic. It's more than a week later and the shedding is still way down. The shop has a good vibe and Brianna helped with suggestions/recommendations on tick control, a very knowledgable groomer! less...

We followed Monica from a previous grooming business to the Groom Lagoon knowing how skilled and focused on our dog’s comfort she is. Our naturally anxious Australian Labradoodle just had his first grooming there and he looks amazing!!! Monica even more... sent us videos/pics of his transformation in process, which was a special bonus. She took her time to ensure the best possible service and Finley came back to us looking like a brand new cutie! I love this new place my dog felt comfortable and the employees are so nice they make you and your pet feel at home and I love my groomer she’s very patient with my dog and explains everything she’s going to do before she takes your dog I wish I more...could give this place more than 5 stars I would definitely recommend this place less...

I recently brought my dog Kaz in for a same-day appointment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming (especially to Kaz!) and ready for him as soon as I came in. Brianna gave him a full groom in 1 hour, and was even able clean his ears with no pro more...tests (he usually doesn't like when groomers do this). When I came to pick him up he was happy to see me, but wasn't quite ready to leave as he wanted more treats and pets from the staff! I really appreciated the care and attention given to Kaz to make sure he had a positive experience as he is usually nervous at the groomer. We will definitely be back! less...
