I go to Zakia’s even though I live in Vancouver because Megan is willing to help me groom my highly reactive dog that bites. ( We just shave him down.) I very much appreciate her willingness.

The atmosphere being so subdue and only one other dog on the premises helps to de-stress the dogs that are anxious very pleasant staff

As a dog owner you sometimes love your dog more than anything and you want the best for them. Out of the 16 years of being a dog owner and all being long haired dogs I’ve gone to many groomers. I was extremely appreciative and I felt absolutely co more...mfortable leaving my dogs with Megan. We were soaking wet from walking there and she still got down to my dog’s level and allowed her to give licks and affection. You can tell that Megan just loved dogs from the moment you see her interacting with them and it put my mind at ease knowing they were in good hands. One of my dogs who is scared of almost every one didn’t seem stressed or skittish at all with her and on pick up I had two happy, good looking puppies. One was extremely knotted and she did a fantastic job on her. The price I was quoted is what I was charged and I was appreciative of the receipt with cost breakdown sent to me. She messaged me to advise of fleas and recommended I give their bedding a wash.
