This place used to be good, but recently, it’s been a nightmare. Had an appointment and it was canceled - so rebooked for 2 weeks later, the morning of I get a phone call that they want to reschedule AGAIN because another customer messed up their a more...ppt time and the salon “had no choice” but to take the client’s dog, meanwhile, my dogs appt was the one they wanted to reschedule. After stating that I was not going to be canceled in because my appointment was still “on time” - finally after a few phone calls I was still able to bring my dog in. I did get a discount, but it was because I rightfully pitched a fit for them attempting to oust my appointment. I have decided to not bring my dog back because the inconsistencies with them being able to commit to keeping appointments is rather unprofessional and annoying. Maybe they will have it together again soon. less...

The grooming appointment was great. Bertie was done quickly and looked adorable.

This was my first visit to Best Friends Grooming. I was warmly greeted by Adrian and Erica, the groomer. They were both friendly, personable and professional. They both greeted my pup and made us both feel at ease. We all went over the details of the more... grooming together so there was clear expectations by all parties on what needed to be done. I left my pup in very capable hands.
They called me when he was almost ready and I went to pick him up.
He looked absolutely fantastic! All details were performed perfectly. He was calm & happy!
