This was my first visit to Best Friends Grooming. I was warmly greeted by Adrian and Erica, the groomer. They were both friendly, personable and professional. They both greeted my pup and made us both feel at ease. We all went over the details of the more... grooming together so there was clear expectations by all parties on what needed to be done. I left my pup in very capable hands.
They called me when he was almost ready and I went to pick him up.
He looked absolutely fantastic! All details were performed perfectly. He was calm & happy!

I showed them photos of what I wanted and they did disclose that if my dog squiggles too much they may not be able to do the full haircut…I asked what would it cost me if you can’t complete the grooming and the said the same price…so they did d more...isclose that. I came back to pick up my dog and at first I didn’t recognize his face. The person told me he got half a haircut because he squiggled too much. The biggest thing I didn’t like was the dogs face it wasn’t done like a golden doodle…I’m moving on less...

Sorry to hear that you didn't quite like Buddy's first haircut with us. Unfortunately, he was very wiggly and being his first time here we didn't want to risk possibly hurting him, or doing more on him than he was comfortable with...we prefer to move more... slower the first few times to get them comfortable with us and the shop. Our groomer did the best she could at that time. We are sorry to see Buddy go...we would've loved to see him again and get him used to the grooming process. less...
