We have used her for a number of years. She is always friendly and greets us with a smile. She has even met us when we came if we were bringing my daughters dog. Love her little report card. KoKo does not sit well or likes water. We are not on a more... set schedule but she always gets us in. My son and daughter have auto apmts for their dogs. If a no show, now a fee because people took advantage of her salon. She know all three families and dogs very well groomed. We drive from Hanover to Henrico to have groomed. There is a no parking fire lane in front. I would advise not to park there to load/unload your pet, even if someone in car. Henrico will ticket you. less...

I used to be able to give 5 stars, but the last 3 visits has not gone very well. One visit, they wanted to charge me $20 because they said the pup had a little poop On the tail. the next visit. They wanted to charge $20 because.
They say my dog was more... matted, but the problem comes, That just before I take my dog to be groomed. I always comb and brush her out very good , so this last time they charged me, but they didn't say anything about matting and they charged me $20 and once i looked at the invoice . It said that her elbow had a small matting on it.( come on now) It has been about. 3 days since I took her to be groomed and now she has patches of hair coming out each with big thick mattings. And I comb her out twice a day to get the mats out. I don't know. What they are doing differently. When the problem started, it was with the new groomer that they have. They also cut her hair on the body one side short other long(she only get face trim and foot pads)so 3 strikes you're out. I will have to find another groomer, as much as I like the owner of this one. less...
