I am so sorry. Me & my husband were battling covid for the last 3 weeks, I had not been at the shop
We have groomer that is learning & the girls should've adequate sure he done correctly. As for cuts on.his back do you mean moles that possib more...ly got bumped?

They are so great working with my dog, who is always so nervous. They do a very professional job grooming my dog.

When I went to pick up my cat on the day of grooming I have to say that I was not completely satisfied with the haircut however after expressing my distaste with what was done they quickly rectified the situation. However I would have preferred to be more...en told that my pet was injured at the time of the haircut process rather than be shown when I arrived. Customer service is great and they are easy to work with. I do plan on returning in the future. I do feel a second opportunity to make it better then the last is at least warranted. less...
