Groomers and staff pleasant. The 5 fur-kids we take there are happy and look good every time they go. They have never had a nick or cut on their skin from grooming. We have been going there since they have been open at Manchester Road. They were GREAT! My new groomer! We were so pleased with how they bathed and groomed our puggle...really got all the excess coat we tried so many times to get off! Highly recommend!

Thay have always done a good job on my cockapoo. It's sometimes difficult to book an appointment as they don't answer the phone most of the time, nor do they return messages left in voicemail. The 3rd party online hooking is cumbersome.
Response from the OwnerMy apologies, we got a new program about the time my mom became ill & I of course left the girls short handed & with dryers running etc, we don't hear it or cant get to it with dogs on the tables. Now that mom has passed things will be back to some w more...hat normal. Thank you less...
