My first visit was such a pleasant experience . My large dog was handled professionally and gently. Ron, we informed you that your Mini-Doodle was matted. We have hair samples where we showed you the short length would look like. We NEVER shave without customer approval. Folks, curly-haired coats require 2 to 3 times per week of brushing followed more... by combing to prevent matting. Hair matting pulls on your pets skin causing discomfort, pain and eventually hotspots. Hotspots are caused by matting and moisture is trapped and causing the skin to break. Once the skin breaks it becomes a breeding ground for microorganisms to compromise skin integrity. less...
