My dog Harlee has been getting groomed from Furbabies every 6 weeks for almost a year . I have had nothing but good experiences until Last Monday. I dropped Harlee off at 8:00 am and was asked how I would like her cut. I specifically said short body more..., don’t touch her face, put a bow in her hair. At 2:30 when I was called to pick her up she came out with her face shaved and the top of her head cut so short she looked like a poodle . I was so upset I left and could not return because how upset I was about the way she was done. When we got her home we noticed a deep cut on the side of her face. A cut that wouldn’t have happened had I been listened to when I told them how I wanted her cut. She’s a rescue who came from abuse. It took a long time for me to get her where she is today and I feel this has set her back. I am extremely upset and will not be back. less...

Chase is a Morkie and was definitely a difficult dog to train. He has the name for a reason! I have chased him more times than I can count. I have bathed him and cleaned him, only for him to dart through the tiniest opening of the door to go play in more...the rain. He is almost four years old and now I can open my car door at Furbabies and he will walk him self in. You can say the word Furbabies and chase is out of the house and waiting at the car. Furbabies always does such a great job with grooming him. I actually used to work for them while I was in college and saving for a medical procedure. Two of the nicest bosses I have ever had. I am sure there are some bad reviews out there. But stop for one second and tell me if you are perfect. If Furbabies makes a mistake and many times when they are not at fault they will make it right. Was gone to Alaska and Washington for 12 days and I watched our babies on Facebook with pictures. Love the fact they do this. Great services and friendly employees. Will continue to use them when needed
