I was so thrilled to see my "OG" Groomer when I went to pick up my fur baby. I have been searching for her for years. "Whimzy" as I call her has taken care of my previous mini poodles and I now have a 3 year old that thinks he is the life of the part more...y! She always takes such good care of my furbaby and when I go t pick him up he is full of energy, excitement and she gives him love (until next time).I love coming to this location because all the girls are very sweet, understanding and you can tell they really have a love for animals. I always feel welcomed when I come in the store, and the new owner is very personable. She is doing a great job with the store and I look forward to seeing this place thrive! less...

Terrible experience. I paid $ 80 for a bath and nails . The groomer cut my pet and he was bleeding at home.

They always do a great job on grooming. Clean shop, and they also sell plenty of pet related food and treats. They also carry hard to find brands.

The prices have gone up so high this time. I am not sure if we will continue with Pet Nirvana because of that. I plan to look around for something more reasonable. The groomers have been great but the price is just too much. Plus we had to make a more...n extra trip to get his collar that was not put back on him this last grooming. less...

Thank you for the review and the input. I haven't done a price increase since 2022. I have made sure we are in line with the groom shops in the area, and I do everything I can to keep the prices as low as possible, but as everything else, everything more... costs more these days. My dog(Copper) likes coming to Pet Nirvana in Bel Air, the groomer always does a great job. Excellent place for dog grooming
