Great job clipping nails

They switched to the online appointment system and I set up an appointment for Bentley to be groomed just before our trip to Orlando. The system accepted it and I even received a confirmation text message and then later the reminder text that I sent more...my confirmation that we showing up. When I arrived for his appointment no groomers were working and do not work at all on Mondays. The person at the shop even looked in the system and saw my dog scheduled for grooming. So the groomers knew but didn’t even bother to contact me to tell me that no one would be there. I had to take the day off from work to take him there because I wanted to make sure he was ready for the Orlando weather. This was a poor business practice and I will not be returning and will not recommend them. less...

That was my fault, This is Kary the owner, We did just start the online booking, and did not see the appt on that day pop up. I was away last week for a work trip and didn't catch it to cancel the appt. I do apologize, and will offer a free groom more...next time for the inconvenience. I moved to Bel Air about three years ago, was nervous to find a new groomer. However, I took my collie/lab mix to Pet Nirvana for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They truly understand the importance of listening to their clients more... and asking detailed questions to ensure they deliver exactly what you want. My dog has poofy fur, and I've always been hesitant about grooming because I didn't want her to lose her natural look. However, they managed to tame her hair perfectly without cutting it all off or shaving her. The attention to detail and skill they displayed was impressive. Diana and Crystal always do a good job grooming Trixie! The staff at the store are very courteous and keep me up-to-date on her grooming progress. Also, the store is very nice and has many great pet products. I highly recommend!
