Groomer came in over an hour late, then somehow even though we were the first to arrive for her, my dog was 2nd in line. He was done about 2 hours late. Decent job grooming but you can tell it was very rushed and without the level of care we would ex more...pect. less...

This was our 2nd visit. First time dog was there for almost 10 hours, no communication. This time advised to pick-up dog and no one there, went in, rang bell. One dog was crazy barking, went back, my dog was half out of a crate trapped because was on more...ly partially latched. Finally someone came around. Will not go back. less...

I am very sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, it was a miscommunication on multiple ends. Someone is always here with the dogs/cats, and we also have 3 cameras that are in the shop to keep all eyes on, at all times. That particular crate has gi more...ven us trouble in the past to latch. That crate has 2 latches, and the bottom latch was missed. I will admit that we have had a trying year with a lot of changes. Unfortunately, when you have that kind of change in a business like this, things always fall short. That is no excuse for the dog being left alone, and or being trapped in the crate due to the bottom latch being missed. All the change has played a role with getting the animals in and out at a fast pace. Again, miscommunication on all ends. I do want you to know that our # 1 goal is to make sure the animals are comfortable and treated well. All Animals are different and behave in different manors. So that can also play a huge role in the timing. Truly, a specific time frame should have never been given. Again, I am very sorry for the lack of professionalism, and I do wish you well, and if we can ever help and or have the honor to groom your dog again, please reach out to us. Two thumbs up! They did a great job! My boys were so soft and fluffy. They smelled great and haven't been shedding nearly as bad. Them corgi butts, in all their glory, are more radiant than ever.

Took my Sophie for her first grooming experience. She looks great, and didn't want to leave. So this will be where all her grooming takes place. If she was that happy that she wanted to stay, it says all I need to know about how my girl was taken car more...e of. She will be back. less...
