Did a great job on my pet and she was happy too !
A little disappointed this time. I wanted a basic poodle groom. My dog was shaved to the skin on his torso. Ears and face were scraggly and untouched. Legs were cut all uneven. I asked if she could remove the crustiness under the eyes, she said yes. more...One eye was done. The other was not. My first time there was complete happiness. This time, not so much. less...
They were very friendly and punctual. Daphne was fresh and ready to go home in two hours. The price was reasonable too

Very nice experience for my rescue beagle baby! Roo's first groomers appt was wonderful! Chelsea was amazing and so gentle with Roo! Made the initial appointment for a Wednesday and then received an email asking to reschedule for Thursday. Fine, no issues with that. Confirmed a few days before for Thursday's appointment. Showed up 15 mins before the appointment to find that the pl more...ace was closed and every door was locked. Called multiple times and only received an answering service. Left a message with my name and number and never heard back from them.
