Very accommodating and did a great job shaving my cat and removing her Mats and making her comfortable. You can tell they really care about the animals theyer working with.

Made the initial appointment for a Wednesday and then received an email asking to reschedule for Thursday. Fine, no issues with that. Confirmed a few days before for Thursday's appointment. Showed up 15 mins before the appointment to find that the pl more...ace was closed and every door was locked. Called multiple times and only received an answering service. Left a message with my name and number and never heard back from them. I would give it more stars if I could. I was very nervous about bringing my dog, a 14 mo old goldendoodle, as she can be a handful and this was her first trip to a groomer.
There were alot of people around and she was jumpy and barking but when Ch more...elsea, the groomer came to her she was gentle and soft spoken with her and my dog took to her immediately, giving her kisses. Chelsea took her and I kept waiting for a call that she was too much to handle and she couldn't cut her, but no such call. Chelsea did an amazing job and I could not beleive the difference and how superb she looked. I cannot recommend Chelsea and "Oh My Fur" enough.!!!! The online scheduling was also seamless. Excellent and timely service and our dog never looked better. The price is very reasonable. We ate returning customers also.

We have taken both of our German shepherds here now and very happy! The grooming and staff are great! So happy to have a place local for us to take our girls to get groomed. Definitely recommend!
