I love this place, my Cavachon suffers from separation anxiety and the staff from Spa Bow Wow always takes a really good care of her, making her feel comfortable. Their services are great, I highly recommend.

We were very unhappy with the service that our pet received. When i first walked into the office, there was a gentlemen at the front desk that was more intrigued with his cell phones than he was in greeting me and out dog (Daisy). He finally acknowle more...dge that we were there and I informed him that we had an 11 o'clock appt. Then Cole came out from the back and I introduced Daisy to him. He was very polite and seemed to warm up to Daisy nicely. I explained to him what we were there for (Wash, trim, Sani-cut, and nail clipping) and he seemed to understand. When we returned to pick our 34 lb dog up we were charged $88 plus a tip. We felt that was high for that size of dog but let it go. We then returned back home and noticed that Daisy had a major issue with her back hips. She could barley stand up or sit down, she was in extreme pain. She could barely stand to go outside to the bathroom. Whatever they did in the gromming process they hurt both of her back hips. Today, the day after the grooming, she is still having major problems standing or sitting. She seems very lathargic and doesn't even want to go outside which is NOT her normal behavior. I can assure you that we will NEVER, EVER bring our Daisy back to this groomer. If she does not start feeling better in the next day or two, i will be contacting the credit card company and telling them to put a stop payment for their obvious abusive services. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS COMPANY!!! less...
I moved 45 mins away and still come to Spa BowWow because of how Cole treats my pups. They always come out looking and smelling great, and I know he is so patient and kind to them.
The staff is wonderful and do such a great job on my onery old Bichon Frise. I'm so happy I found this place.
