I knew my dogs were in loving hands the moment we walked in the door. They looked great after their grooming and everyone I met was kind. It’s a bit of a drive for us, but worth it for the peace of mind.

Great service and always a great cut for my dog.
They take good care of her while she’s getting her services done.
She is nervous being there, but they don’t seem to mind.

We love Spa Bow wow and sooooo happy that Julie told us about Spa Bow wow. We have sent 3 of our 7 Pups with the remaining going next week! Holly is awesome and the dogs love her!

Dede is the best! Ranger always comes home smelling great and happy. Dede does an awesome job and it’s obvious she loves dogs and they love her.

They kept rescheduling my appointment and when I couldn’t make the final time they now will not accept my dog. Poor business practice.

Hi Matt! We had to reschedule one appointment due to an emergency here. On two other occasions you have cancelled same day, less than 5 hours before your appointment. (our policy requires 24 hour notice) In addition to that, you have also no showed o more...n one appointment. We understand things can happen and we can be flexible but 3 last minute cancellations/no shows ( in one month) is just too much for our small business to handle.
