We gave specific instructions on how we wanted our poodle cut. When we picked her up what we requested was not done and the groomer shrugged his shoulders and said “next time”. This was odd to us especially since we are repeat customers and we ha more...d made an appt at least 2 weeks prior. It’s not like we were a drop in.
