We love Spa Bow wow and sooooo happy that Julie told us about Spa Bow wow. We have sent 3 of our 7 Pups with the remaining going next week! Holly is awesome and the dogs love her!

Dede is the best! Ranger always comes home smelling great and happy. Dede does an awesome job and it’s obvious she loves dogs and they love her.

They kept rescheduling my appointment and when I couldn’t make the final time they now will not accept my dog. Poor business practice.
Response from the OwnerHi Matt! We had to reschedule one appointment due to an emergency here. On two other occasions you have cancelled same day, less than 5 hours before your appointment. (our policy requires 24 hour notice) In addition to that, you have also no showed o more...n one appointment. We understand things can happen and we can be flexible but 3 last minute cancellations/no shows ( in one month) is just too much for our small business to handle. Its a shame we have never had the chance to meet your pet, and we appreciate your apology in your booking request today for all your cancellations, but we wish you the best in finding a groomer that can accommodate your schedule. less...
I love Spa Bow Wow and my dogs do too. They are great groomers and truly care about my dogs. Always happy with the outcome.
They did a fantastic job
Very pleased with my experience! My sweet pup has hated the dryer in the past and I usually asked for her to just air dry because of her anxiety. They were able to get Piper in the dryer without issue because it was a calm environment and they even more...had doggie ear muffs to help with the noise. Her cut looked perfect and she smelled so good when I picked her up! I’ll be back! less...
