I had an appointment scheduled on 8/26/22 at 8 am. I arrived at 8 am and the business was closed. I contacted the company and was more... told that my appointment was rescheduled to 9. NO communication was ever made to me. I never received a phone call nor change of appointment via the app. So I rescheduled my appointment for the following Monday morning, 8/29/22 at 8am and was assured that it will be honored. I show up at 8 am, no one was there, so I called again and was told my appointment was rescheduled. Yet, no one from Yappie ever communicated that to me. I was very frustrated because of the lack of communication and for wasting my time. Unfortunately, I did not get my dog groomed at this place and I will never waste my time with them again. less...Response from the OwnerHello Mrs Roche, I am sorry you feel this way. I assure you that for the last week and a half all call for appointments, online bookings and next day confirmation call clients were notified about the temporary opening time to 9 am. We highly recommend Yappie Cuttery. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really love working with dogs. Their facility is bright and clean.
