They hacked up my dogs hair. It looked like a toddler had gotten to her! The worst part, they wanted to charge me $25. The first two times she went were fine so I was disappointed in them.

We have seen your pup 3 times since Sept. 4th 2021. She is a year old.
1st time, 9/4/2021 pup got a puppy bath with a little scissoring and nails done. On September 26th, 2021 we had to shave ears and face because of mats. Next appointment more...was 2/3/2022. Five months since last groom. Your pup was severely matted and we could not safely groom her. Her stress level was high, especially on her legs. We recommended a sedation grooming with a vet. You knew your pet was really matted and needed to be shaved because our records show that when you booked the appointment, you wrote as much, with a sad face emoticon. You were told on check in that we would do what we could. less...
