Dropped our dog off at 8:00 AM, we called to check on him at 2:00 and they had not started on him. He was not ready until 3:30. What is the point of dropping the dog off early if he is going to sit in cage all day? We will not be returning. Poor comm more...unication! less...

We are sorry there was a communication error regarding your pet's grooming; I am sure there was a misunderstanding regarding the start and completion time. All pets dropped off in the morning ar more...e started in the morning with what we call a "rough-in" procedure where we complete everything up to and including the bath that must be done in order for the groomer to provide the actual haircut in the "finishing" process. It was the finishing portion of the grooming that was started at 2:00-2:30pm and completed by 3:30pm. You have been bringing your pup to us for a long time and we would hate to see a good relationship broken by a communication error. If you do reconsider and bring your pup back to us, we will be happy to make a note for future groomings to have him finished first for an earlier pick-up time. less...

Yappie is the best! our did Max is a regular. Take your pet there for great service, impeccable grooming, and online appointment scheduling (which is is so easy).

Our dog hates being groomed and some of the “household name” grooming shops ha more...ve shared that they can not accommodate Max’s disposition towards their groomers. We were paying our vet 2x per year to put him under anesthesia for a simple haircut, believing our pet grooming needs were unable to be accommodated elsewhere. NOT TRUE! Wait for the grooming is long but that’s because they take their time with each animal which is good. Great cuts and sweet groomers who you can tell care about animals.

I brought my 2 cats and 2 service dogs and they did an EXCELLENT job on all of them.. although the kitties were a handful.. the groomers were very patient and did an excellent job. Definitely coming back and highly recommend
