When we can get in the service is awesome and the results are amazing. Super hard to get ahold of anyone at this business. I've tried calling multiple times per the directions in the recording....tells you to call back. Sent a message via Facebook more... and no answer. You can't book an appointment online you can only request them. I requested an appointment and five days later they rejected it. I had plans and now I am out of luck because they rejected it so late. No personalized message to communicate the inconvenience. I don't want to chase you to do business....this is really poor customer service. Communication is key and if you can't reach anyone via Facebook or the phone and then the appointment is rejected.......well, I guess we look elsewhere. less...

Macintosh always has a good experience with the groomer, this time he did come home really amped up which was a little out of the ordinary for him…his cut was a little too short on top of his head but not the groomers fault as it is hard to explain more... really what you want. less...

Amazing. She took such good care of my boy with severe hip dysplasia and high anxiety about his paws . She was able to dremel them to perfection and managed to get some shy kisses from him. He’ll now get a monthly date with his favorite groomer.

I love Jan’s! They always do such a wonderful job with Bella. Very friendly staff and fast and efficient service. Bella loves her spa days!! I highly recommend this business!!
