3 dogs scheduled 1pm. When dropping off I was told 4pm done. 2 dogs are wash, easy dry, and nails. The other one is a 10lb Maltese who will let you do whatever. I arrived at 4:50 and the 2 wash and dry were done. Ok, I'll get them now. Here comes Bry more...n trying to jump over the door. None of the staff knew where their collars/leashes were. I noticed one on the floor and that is were the other one was. Getting ready to leave and the Hound needed to still needed two nails ground and I had to come inside to collar my dogs. I took them home and they weren't happy. My were running up and down Jan's halls trying get out. I drove back to get Maisie at 5:50 and she wasn't done. I waited another 10 minutes and there was a huge tufted of hair she had forgotten to cut. Looking at her she looks like a weedeater cut. Nothing is smooth. There you go less...

My dog has severe separation anxiety, thus causing other grooming places to turn away service or pushing back appoi more...ntments. Jan’s Grooming seemed to be very patient with him and let me know other than the barking, he was a good boy! On top of that, his grooming came out wonderfully!

I took my little terrier mix in for bath, nails, and haircut, and I could not be happier with the job they did. They trimmed all his wild hair down to a nice smooth coat, cleaned up the long hair on his feet and smoothed out his face. My little guy more... was transformed into a scruffy old-looking dog, to the cute little two-year-old that he is. We will definitely be coming back on a regular basis to keep him looking good. less...
