The service from Jan’s is always great but the app to make an appointment is terrible

They did a great job on the grooming of our two dogs - Shih tzu & doodle, price was about what we have paid in the past…however I wasn’t impressed with the staff. Seems like a common theme these days, no hello or greeting or smile- just asked for more... the names of the dogs I was dropping off. No small talk, no information about when they would be ready for pickup. It was our first time here, and I was really hopeful since I had read some positive reviews. I received a text when the dogs were ready…of course right before I had a work meeting. I texted back to let them know that I had a meeting and what time I could be there and asked if that was ok but I never received a reply. When I picked my dogs up I asked how they did, the gal said “fine.” She said that my doodle “doesn’t like other dogs.” I was surprised by the way she worded it, and told her she actually goes to daycare and the dog park but is scared at new places. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back here. It’s a shame too, because the dogs grooms look good! less...

I am very pleased with the grooming that Teresa did on my bernedoodle. I will definitely recommend her and will be going back to Jan’s Grooming!

Great service. My dog came out cleaner than he’s ever been and trimmed up nicely. He hasn’t shed a single hair since he came home so they did a great job with the de-shedding too.

I Have used Jan's before the pandemic and now gone back after the pandemic. My Boston was happy to return after her last visit so they must be doing something right.

I have a huge Great Pyrenees that can turn into a filthy boy dog rather quickly. He rolls in mud, gets blackberry branches entwined in his fur, and gets little (and sometimes large) mats all over him. No matter the condition he gets himself in, Megan more... waves her magic wand and restores him to a giant white floof ball. She’s a miracle worker and I cannot recommend Jan’s Grooming enough. Bonus, he absolutely adores her and gets excited when I oull into the parking lot. When I open the car door, he bounds across the parking lot and drags me up the ramp. That’s love. less...
