The staff are very nice but there’s a mad cat always at the door/entrance, that cat attacked my dog on Monday, scratching my dog nose to caused it bleeding badly. That also caused my wife fell bottom down and cracked her tailbone.

My dogs always look amazing when they are done getting groomed!! They are always happy as well. Sometimes I wish they weren’t there too long because I don’t like them in the crates but I understand they are so busy. Also, my dogs just seemed like more... they needed a lot of water when they got home. But otherwise I love the girls here and they do a great job! I’ll definitely be back! less...

We have been going to this place for a while and I have left great 5* reviews before, but last time we had a different groomer and my pup came back with 2 large dried blood cuts, one on the top of his head and another on his neck. He is a very sweet more...boy and typically behaves well during sessions. I understand accidents happen sometimes for variety of reasons, and I would appreciate an honest follow up from a groomer right after session rather than to find it out later myself :( feeling sad about my last experience. less...

It took over 3 hours because there was jot another person there it was only one person it only take hour to get are dog done and now she not doing good she very cling to us and she been throw up too she doesn't do will in cage that long she is 15 yea more...rs old less...

Riley looks amazing. I understand that staffing issues meant he had to wait Eight hours (!) but I was very concerned by how much water he drank when he got home. I got the impression he was not given water for that eight hour period.

Hi Jessie, we always give them fresh water and take them for potty breaks when they are here that long. We don't typically leave water in the kennels because it almost always gets spilled, but we do offer fresh water to them several times in between more...grooming and pottying.
