Just got my golden doodle, Misha, groomed. 5+ star service! The lady, who worked on him, did an amazing job: was polite and kept updating me on the status (they had pretty crazy days during holidays I would assume), gave exact haircut I wanted, clean more...ed his ears and trimmed nails, I am very happy with the results, and my beautiful boy looks so handsome and velvety and smells nice 😍 I did not find any accidental cuts or wounds on his body (my prior experiences at other places :( Additional bonus for reasonably priced and affordable service! Always happy with the great job all the groomers do on all 4 of our dogs! They are magicians!! ❤️

They misled me about the cost of the grooming. And when I asked them why it was $20 more than I was led to believe, I was lied to by the manager. They clipped my dog's ears when I told them specifically not to. And she has a sore on her bum where the more...y cut too close. Several days later, it's still there. The place is filthy and falling apart. Always proves out that when they don't take care of their business, they're not good at their business. less...
