My dog was cut exactly as I requested, in a timely manner. She was not stressed out when I picked her up. I was perfectly happy with the whole experience.

Jans is the best! I always take my little long haired dog here! When I tried to take my dog to one of the big chain groomers because Jans was booked out longer than he could wait, they refused to groom my dog because he is very old, deaf and almost t more...otally blind! I waiting for the apt with Jans, and they groomed him without any issues, as usual! I will keep taking my dog here, they are amazing and the sweetest people!
