This was my first visit. Pleasant staff who took care of my dog. Would recommend you try this place for your pet's grooming needs.

Such a warm and welcoming place. They do a fantastic job on my very fluffy, large and excitable golden retriever. Reasonably priced and everyone there is lovely. Love the online booking too!

This review is for an appointment that didn’t happen. Jan’s uses a service that allows you to book online. The first appointment Inhad with Jan’s I called the morning of the appointment to confirm that it was scheduled because the online bookin more...g showed pending. I called because I didn’t want to waste my time coming down for an appointment that wasn’t going to happen. About 45 mins later, I received a confirmation text. Fast forward two months later. I scheduled my appointment on Friday for the following Monday. I got no confirmation all weekend. I called Monday morning but got an answering machine. I left a similar message as last time. I didn’t know if I actually had an appointment or not. I am currently writing this review in their parking lot at 12:06 pm. I showed up at 11:55 am. While standing in their waiting area, I got a text message to cancel our appointment. I have never experienced such rudeness from a business. I don’t care how well or not well they groom an animal.
