They misled me about the cost of the grooming. And when I asked them why it was $20 more than I was led to believe, I was lied to by the manager. They clipped my dog's ears when I told them specifically not to. And she has a sore on her bum where the more...y cut too close. Several days later, it's still there. Excellent grooming on my dog. My dog can be difficult but they always seem to do a great job.

Prior to coming to Jan’s the groomer told me to medicate Ozzie due to his anxiety, he doesn’t need it at Jan’s. I feel so good leaving him, he is a doodle and looks so good, best cut ever. Love Jan’s 🥰

My girl always comes out so fresh and they are so flexible! My girl gets her ears dyed purple, a bath, blow out , nails and a haircut! Everyone is so kind and knows us by name when we come for our monthly appointments!
