My dog came home bleeding because they cut him so close all over his privates and no one even had the courtesy to call me back.

They did a great job on the grooming of our two dogs - Shih tzu & doodle, price was about what we have paid in the past…however I wasn’t impressed with the staff. Seems like a common theme these days, no hello or greeting or smile- just asked for more... the names of the dogs I was dropping off. No small talk, no information about when they would be ready for pickup. It was our first time here, and I was really hopeful since I had read some positive reviews. I received a text when the dogs were ready…of course right before I had a work meeting. I texted back to let them know that I had a meeting and what time I could be there and asked if that was ok but I never received a reply. When I picked my dogs up I asked how they did, the gal said “fine.” She said that my doodle “doesn’t like other dogs.” I was surprised by the way she worded it, and told her she actually goes to daycare and the dog park but is scared at new places. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back here. It’s a shame too, because the dogs grooms look good! less...

I am very pleased with the grooming that Teresa did on my bernedoodle. I will definitely recommend her and will be going back to Jan’s Grooming!
