I love your grooming, except the face could have been a bit more sculpted. But my dogs are returned quickly, looking happy and handsome at a reasonable price
I thoroughly explained - verbally & with pictures how I wanted my Shipoo to be groomed. I wanted more of a poodle rounded cut than a Shitzu blunt cut. The groomer shaved her entire face. Her body has little tufts of uneven spots. The cut was slightl more...y less expensive than other groomers an the groomer was friendly - this is what generated 1 star. I would dissuade anyone to use Oh My Fur for anything more than a bath. less...
Response from the OwnerWe apologize that you were not satisfied ,due to Matting we tried to do what we could to get the rounded cut and correct uneven spots . With regular brushing and grooming we’re sure to give you the cut you would like in the future :)
They were so patient with my baby. He’s so petrified getting his nails clipped and they were wonderful.
Kelsie and her colleague were amazing with my cats. The nail trims were good and clean. My cats will definitely be visiting them often!
