It does not surprise me to receive this. All though we have been grooming Earl quite a few times in the past year you all were pleased with the grooming that was done by the groomers. Earl is a good boy, nice dog and we wish him a long, healthy, happ more...y life. less...

This was our puppy's first full grooming. They were cognizant to get him done quickly so I could finish what I needed for the day and called to make sure he was cut as I wanted and he loved everyone and had a great experience

Easy to get an appointment, and haircuts are always great. They do a great job of helping demat our doodles to avoid having to shave.

Pete was very unprofessional and rude when my vehicle broke down and unfortunately couldn’t make my appointment. Don’t worry. I’ve found a better grooming salon. I would definitely recommend finding another salon to give your business to.

Your review is confusing. The facts are that our record shows that you made the appointment on our online booking service. You are a new customer and I have never talked with you before. I called that morning on the day you made the appointment ( Mar more...ch 1st), my phone log showes that I called you at 10:05 and left a 20 second voice mail trying to confirm your pets appointment.
I received no responce so I logged it in as a no show.
I am not sure why you would make such a statement unless you have other reasons to do so.
All in all I am glad you found another groomer and satisfied with their work.
